We’re confident you’ll love your products from us, however, if you need to return your items then here’s our policy.

Items purchased from astylistssecret.com must be returned to astylistssecret.com.  If you have purchased our products from a 3^rd party outlet, please contact them directly for their returns policy.

We can only accept refunds, returns & exchanges for unopened items purchased from astylistssecret.com within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product and with the original sales invoice. 

Any refunds are credited to the original payment card only. Before returning your item to us, please email info@astylistssecret.com to confirm your intent and your reason for the return.  We will, at that point, supply the correct return address for you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has a fault on it’s arrival to you. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the wrong product and/or defective product was received, please email info@astylistssecret.com to request an exchange.  Exchanges can be offered only for products of an equal or lesser value.

Refund processing may take up to 7-10 full working days.
